Who we are
This is the website of Dr. Subhash Ushakoyala, specialist orthopaedic surgeon, who sees patients at Grand Infinity Medical Center, Deira, Dubai. The clinic arranges your appointment.
What we collect, and why
If you use the booking form, we collect your name, your mobile number and the day and time you prefer. We use them only to arrange your appointment. The form does not ask for medical details, and we ask you not to send any.
Where it goes
"Send on WhatsApp" opens WhatsApp on your phone with your request written; nothing passes through this website.
How long we keep it
The clinic deletes a booking request once the appointment is arranged, or after 30 days if it is not. Medical records from your visit are kept by the clinic as UAE health law requires.
Your rights
You can ask the clinic what it holds about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by calling or messaging +971 58 599 7460.
Analytics
We count visits and button clicks (for example, how many people tap Call) to improve the site. These counts do not identify you.
